Utility meter connections, phone and internet subscription, estate taxes.

Insurance services:
Health, content & house, vehicle, personal accident insurance services etc.

Technical support:
All your extra requests such as private pool, parking garage, landscaping, interior architecture etc. are made and followed up with the coordination of technical support department.

Complex Management services:
Garden and pool care, security, maintenance, collection of maintenance fees and following up of bills.

Shopping and Home decoration:
Shopping tours for home and garden needs, ceramic-furniture selection, delivery and home design.

Hotel reservation and transfer:
Hotel reservations and airport transfer arrangements are made upon request for your visits during the construction period of your house.

Home management services:
House cleaning and laundry services are provided upon request.

Local information:
Help with places to shop, health services, transportation, activities, emergency phone numbers, mobile phone usages, exchange transactions, restaurant & bar locations.

General information:
All information needed on international services and procedures are provided.

If your house is not built yet and/or under construction, you are free to pick your own interior wall colours, kitchen cupboards and ceramics, bathroom flooring and wall ceramics. You can also benefit from our guidance in furniture selection through a variety of modern and traditional choices displayed in our Tranquil Property show house. All the extra requests you might have, are forwarded to the relevant technical teams & project groups by your customer representative and any necessary explanations are fed back to you. Our friends, responsible for communications, will let you know of progress in construction by sending you pictures taken periodically.
